The OMP Revolution Serving Jig has 6000 series aluminum spindles and the “snap design” allows for quick changes and of serving types/colors. It has over-molded spin pads and accommodates all serving diameters. The Revolution Serving Jig has a quick-load serving gate and free-flow spool washers. The weighted thumb knobs aid in centrifugal force.
